"Motaii" is an imaginative food delivery and takeout brand that blends the flavors and traditions of Austrian and Japanese cuisine. Inspired by the Japanese principle of "Mottainai", which emphasizes minimizing waste, the concept centers around eco-consciousness and high-quality regional ingredients. Every dish is prepared using fresh, mostly organic produce and comes in recyclable cardboard containers.

The brand’s visual style mixes clean, minimalist design with cozy, artisanal touches. Its logo uses a rounded sans-serif typeface, paired with a handwritten slogan. The two lowercase “i”s subtly mimic chopsticks, nodding to Japanese culture. There are four different packaging sizes, each designed for specific meal types and crafted to stack neatly. A bold poster series brings the cultural mashup to life by depicting Austrians in traditional outfits with sushi or mochi for heads.
